Had that same problem when TOTK compatibility with yuzu was in a very early stage also your game is not updated to 1.1.0 and the EA build seem old. Get the corresponding updates and try again.

My god, some of the fps drops weren't Yuzu's fault after all since he got some drops at points I got it at too.
